Virginia automatons, .gif from god, dropped a perfectly mathy, riffy and heavy record. To me, this is true metalcore, because it blends so many different genres into one record. It has those Swedish Death Metal inspired melodic riffs, chaotic elements to switch up the tempo, breakdowns that make you see red and catchy bits that make you want to put the whole record on repeat.
