New Music Recommendations
I’ve been on a bit of a Country and Blue Grass kick lately which brought me to Sierra Ferrell. Her new record “Trail of Flowers” is a real grab bag of sub genres that are all pretty new to me. She brings elements of folk, bluegrass, gypsy jazz, and Latin styles such as tango and calypso music. Gypsy Jazz and Calypso Music are definitely things I’ve never heard of before, so I’ll probably be going down a rabbit hole exploring those sub genres soon. Give Sierra’s new record a spin and let me know what you think? Listen HERE
